"Do Not "Reply All" by default, why?

You may reply by embarrassing mistake, That's why it's best to use Reply to All cautiously.

Only do that if it is really important to reply to all.

 Also you may reply to all but put all recipients in the BCC if you want to avoid silly reply to all messages. But ethically you will need to inform them in the email body that this message had been sent to all of them by starting your email by “Dear team” or “Dear Managers”.  "
