Different color temperatures evoke different feelings between warm reds and oranges and
cold blues and greens.
Of course, each colour has a different meaning or symbolism. For example, in western cultures, red is vibrant, passionate indicating love and danger while blue contrasts and indicates reliability. But you need to be careful about local interpretation.
