Email Etiquette Golden Rules (1)

Today I received a very important Email from About.com talking about the Etiquette Tips you may follow when sending an Email Message."I received this email message on time while I am facing a difficult situation in my work.
It is very important for the Email sender and receiver to know the Email Etiquette.
The article contained 26 Most Important rules of Email Etiquette, I read them and will try to introduce them on my blog in another way to help all employees who working in an enterprise firms to communicate to each other’s by email efficiently.
I will try to do my best to make it easy and understood, and will try to add to them what I got from experience and point of view.


1. Take Another Look Before You Send a Message
Don't send anything you don't want to send.
Reread and reconsider the whole message when you return to it, possibly from the recipient's perspective. With email, what can be misunderstood will be misunderstood. That's why you should be double check carefully with everything you write.
One strategy to avoid misinterpretations is to:
Allow every message at least some minutes of rest after you have finished it but Before you press the "Send" button."
