Nokia flagship Symbian 3 smartphone delayed for fine tuning   The Nokia N8 is the first phone to use the new Symbian 3 OS  Nokia has announced that its new flagship smartphone, the N8, will not be available until October because the company is fine-tuning the device to work with the new Symbian 3 operating system. The phone, which was first announced in April , was expected to ship this month, but Nokia has now said it will not be released until next month. Chris Bram, Nokia VP of sales for Middle East & Africa region, told a press event in Dubai yesterday that the N8 will be delayed as Nokia wanted to ensure perfect quality because it is using the new OS. The N8 is the first device to use Symbian 3, and it also includes demanding hardware specifications, such as a 12 megapixel camera, leading to speculation that Nokia may be facing technical issues with the handset.
